Managing Partner
Hadi Cahyadi
Hadi Cahyadi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Helios Capital. He holds a doctorate degree in Research Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Jakarta; a masters’ degree in Business Administration from University of Houston, Texas; a masters’ degree in Corporate Law from RMIT, Melbourne; and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta. Hadi started his career as an auditor at a “Big-5” accounting firm and spent years in international public accounting firms including Arthur Andersen, Jakarta; Deloitte, Jakarta; KPMG – Corporate Recovery, Melbourne; and EY, Jakarta. Since then, he has accumulated over 25 years of extensive experience in diverse engagement such as M&A, Capital Raising, Debt Restructuring, Corporate Recovery, Due Diligence, and Business Valuation.

Sendang Pangganjar
Sendang Pangganjar is the Co-Founder and Partner of Helios Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from the University of Toledo, Ohio. Sendang has a wide range of experience in financial advisory matters for almost 20 years, including several years in banking as Group Head at private bank, Associate Director in the Corporate Finance division of a “Big-10” public accounting firm, and as Director in a securities company. His expertise in financial advisory include M&A, Capital Raising, Debt Restructuring, Business Valuation, and capital market advisory such as IPO Preparation. His clientele is very diverse, covering oil palm plantation, hospital, multi finance, logistics, mining, and others. He is also a member of the Indonesia Society of Appraiser (MAPPI).

Steven Tirtawidjaja
Steven Tirtawidjaja is a Partner at Helios Capital. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, Boston, and a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Melbourne University, Melbourne. His extensive experience covers a broad range of industries including oil & gas, mining, plantation, hospital, automotive manufacturing, property, and retail. He began his career at PT Toyota Astra Motor, prior to joining Toyota Motor Corporation, Australia. Upon returning to Indonesia, Steven joined Northstar Equity Partners as the VP of Operations/Business Development in the Energy Sector.
